Milton Dailey is the founder of Hunting Lease Magazine & Hunting Lease Magazine The Show. The magazine is over 18 years old and has grown into a National Publication. The magazine and show have taken Milton and Keith(his Son) to both ends of the world hunting and writing stories about their experiences. Although Milton still hosts Hunting Lease Magazine the show he has passed both the show and the magazine over to his son and daughter-in-law Keith & Sonja Dailey to start a whole new adventure.

In 2003, Milton started a show called Farm & Ranch Broker T.V. showing farms, ranches, and get-away cabins. Then he realized there is a big demand for resort type properties. That's when Farm & Ranch Broker T.V. turned into Ranch & Resort Real Estate Television. We now feature properties all over the country. We have also added residential properties to our listings. Milton and his Wife, Karin, travel all over the country filming property for the show. His daughter, Kellee Dailey, is also the co-host and the editor for the show. Ranch & Resort Real Estate has now opened an office in downtown Castle Rock, CO where Milton is the broker/owner. Milton now has his Real Estate License in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. He also has several agents in the office including Sonja Dailey, Hoss Port, Jo Nestor, Sam Faris, and Jim Mundle. Ranch & Resort Real Estate continues to grow everyday.
