If you are looking for a private, secluded and remote Elk and Deer hunting tract this is it.  To access this property you would go through two locked gates on a private road (this road is pretty rough, but it gets you there).  The property sits at about 7000' ft. in elevation.  It borders BLM land on two sides and this BLM runs right in to the Grand Mesa National Forest.  There are plenty of lakes and streams nearby if you like to fish.  The owner tells me that the Elk and Deer are always on or crossing this property from the second rifle season on.  As soon as it snows on Grand Mesa (just above this 38 acre tract) the animals head down to this property for the winter.  Elk tags are available over the counter, this property is in GMU 41 and right next to GMU 421.
