This is a working cattle/hunting ranch with approximately 650 acres of irrigated farm land and 600 acres of graze land. Currently 100% of the farm land is in alfalfa.

The indoor arena is fully insulated, has two story apartment, bathroom, complete tack room, and first class stalls and paddock.

Irrigation water comes from Little Wood River Reservoir to holding ponds and is powered by two - two hundred HP pumps. Soon to be pressurized by irrigation association.
