The Jevne Guest Ranch is located on approximately 425 acres nestled in a land of natural awe-inspiring beauty just 30 minutes southeast of Sun Valley, Idaho and 5 miles North of Carey, Idaho

This Guest Ranch has the difficult conditional use permits already in place. Additions to the lodging facilities can be made with the conditional use permit currently in place.

It has a first class 9000 square foot lodge with cooking facilities to feed up to 300 guests and sleeps 20 at this time. 3 bedroom, 2 bath log ranch house and additional home for care taker.

The Little Wood River with all it's world famous fishing runs through the property. Just up the road is the Little Wood River Reservoir. Fishing and rafting are mainstays during the Summer months at the Jevne Ranch.
