The sale of Triangle T Outfitters operation in Colorado is a complete business, ready to walk into and go to work.  The guide is booked up totally for the fall rifle seasons, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.  He is willing to stay on as a consultant for one or two seasons (2008 & 2009) to help the new owners learn the country (how,where to hunt/fish) and how to setup base camp and spike camp ( for archery season); how to pack and handle the stock, as the wilderness area has no roads and horseback is the only way you can travel.  He will also direct you as to which sports shows to attend to promote their business.

Permits for this area are to transfer to the new owners.  The permitted area is approximately 400 square miles with good trails, and excellent elk hunting.  This area has a summer permit than can be applied for directly from the forest service.  The guide has never used the summer permits.  This business can be successfully operated from May until December if desired (summer pack trips, fishing trips, and camping/hiking trips in the high country).

This is an Elk/Mule Deer operation in the La Grita Wilderness/Rio Grande National Forest.  Unit 68 and unit 76 when hunters draw tags for unit 76.  My success rate has averaged 68% harvest, with 95% opportunity on elk.  I charge $5000.00 per hunter (includes all meals and lodging and transfers to local airport.  Licenses and permits and travel at hunter expense.)
